Getting started
Sign up, connect your directory and go live in about ten minutes, no call needed.
WorkplaceSignatures manages email signatures from your directory. You connect Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or any SCIM identity provider once; from then on every employee gets a seat and an up-to-date signature automatically, and leavers free their seat the moment they're removed.
1. Create your account and workspace
- Go to Sign up, enter your work email and a password (or use Google / Microsoft sign-in).
- Open the confirmation link we email you (from noreply@mail.app.supabase.io; check spam if it is not there within a minute, or use Resend the email), then name your workspace with your company name as people know it. Other companies can use the same name; a legal name for invoices can be added later.
- You start a 14-day free trial. Seats used during the trial are never billed. We also email you a short welcome with the three setup steps below.
Each workspace also gets a workspace handle (for example acme, or acme-2 if acme is taken), made from the name. The handle is the only thing that has to be unique. It is your workspace's own address: acme.orgsigs.com opens straight into the Acme workspace (sign in first if you aren't already; one sign-in covers every workspace address). It is also used in export filenames. If you belong to several workspaces, switching workspace while on one of these addresses takes you to the other workspace's address. Changing the handle changes the address, and the old one stops opening your workspace. To change it, go to Settings → General → Workspace handle: the page tells you as you type whether a handle is available, taken, reserved (names like admin, billing or www are kept for us) or not valid (2 to 63 lowercase letters, digits or dashes, starting and ending with a letter or digit).
The dashboard shows a Get set up checklist with every remaining step.
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in the app to search pages and run quick actions such as New signature or Invite teammate. The sidebar collapses to icons with the arrow at its edge, and your choice is remembered. On a phone, open the menu from the top right.
2. Connect your directory
Pick the one you use:
- Google Workspace: we read users with the Admin SDK and deploy signatures with the Gmail API.
- Microsoft Entra ID: a Global Admin consents once; signatures reach Outlook through our add-in.
- SCIM from Okta, Entra enterprise apps, OneLogin, JumpCloud and others: your IdP pushes changes to us.
The first sync starts immediately. Employees appear under Employees & seats.
3. Choose where signatures go
Under Directory → Mail platform, choose Gmail or Outlook / Microsoft 365. Until a platform is set, signatures are rendered but not deployed.
4. Design your signature
First set your logo, colors, font and social links once under Settings → Brand kit: the starter template follows it. Then open Signatures and edit the starter template in the studio. See Signature editor, section "Brand kit". Saving publishes it: everyone on that template gets the new version.
5. Add a payment method
Under Billing, add a card. Nothing is charged during the trial. After that you're invoiced monthly, in arrears, for the exact days each person had a seat. If the trial ends without a card, your workspace moves to the Free plan: one person's signature stays deployed, free forever, and you can upgrade at any time. See Seats and billing.
6. Invite your team (optional)
Settings → Team lets you invite admins, marketing, finance or read-only teammates. See Team and roles.
