October 2026

New

Your own workspace address

Every workspace now has its own address, like acme.orgsigs.com, and opens straight into your workspace.

Bookmark your workspace address and it always opens the right workspace, even if you belong to several. Your sign-in carries across addresses, so you only sign in once. Links in our emails open the workspace you used last.

New

Review signature changes before they go live

Drafts now go to owners and admins for approval, with a side-by-side view of what changed and comments on the draft.

When someone in Marketing edits a signature, owners and admins get an email, compare the draft with what's live, leave comments, and publish when it's ready.

New

A shorter signature for replies

Templates can have a compact signature for replies and forwards, and everyone can see theirs on their own signature page.

Use Make compact to start the reply signature from a trimmed version of the full one.

Improved

Signatures that look right in dark mode

Preview any signature on a dark inbox, get a contrast warning, and turn on a light panel so logos stay readable.

The studio has a Dark preview next to Desktop and Phone. If a logo or text would disappear on a dark background, you'll see a note and can switch on the light panel with one click.

New

This changelog, and product update emails

See what's new here, or get a weekly or monthly email about new features. Choose how often on your account page.

Open Account → Product updates and pick weekly, monthly or off. Each email only lists what's new since the last one, and nothing is sent in a quiet week.

New

A/B test your signature banners

Run two banners in one campaign and see which gets more clicks.

Add a second banner (and link) to any campaign and your team is split between the two. Each campaign card shows the clicks for each banner and a clicks-per-day chart, and the CSV export says which banner each click came from.

New

Assign signatures by city, state and country

Give each office its own signature. Assignment rules can now match on city, state or region, and country from your directory.

Locations come from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or SCIM. In Who gets what, add a rule on City, State / region or Country, and combine it with other conditions using and / or. Templates can also show {{city}}, {{state}} and {{country}}.
