Common questions

Is this Gmail signature maker free?
Yes. There's no account, no card and no watermark. Make a free account only if you want to save your design.
Do you keep my details or pictures?
No. What you type and any picture you pick from your device are saved in this browser only, so they're still here when you come back. Nothing you type is sent to us, and Start over removes it.
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Click Copy signature. In Gmail on the web, click the gear, then See all settings. Under Signature, click Create new, name it and paste. Pick it under Signature defaults, then click Save Changes at the bottom.
Why is my photo or logo missing in Gmail?
Gmail only keeps pictures that are online. Use a link to a picture on your website, or after pasting, click Gmail's Insert image button in the signature box and upload it there. A free account hosts your photo and logo for you.
Does it work in the Gmail app on my phone?
The Gmail phone apps use a separate mobile signature that shows plain text only, so links and pictures are left out. Your Gmail web signature is still used when you send from a computer.
Can I set signatures for my whole team?
Yes. WorkplaceSignatures connects to Google Workspace and installs everyone's signature in Gmail through the Gmail API, then keeps it up to date as your directory changes.
