Apple Mail on a Mac

  1. Copy your signature with the button above.
  2. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures, select your work account and click +.
  3. Untick Always match my default message font.
  4. Paste into the signature box and close the window.

iPhone or iPad Mail

  1. Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature.
  2. Choose Per Account, then paste under your work account.

iOS simplifies the formatting a little.

Do you keep my details or pictures?
No. What you type and any picture you pick from your device are saved in this browser only, so they're still here when you come back. Nothing you type is sent to us, and Start over removes it.
How do I add the signature to Apple Mail on a Mac?
Click Copy signature. In Mail, open Mail, then Settings, then Signatures. Select your account and click the plus button, untick Always match my default message font, then paste into the signature box and close the window.
How do I add it on an iPhone or iPad?
Open Settings, then Apps, then Mail, then Signature. Choose Per Account if you have several, then paste under the account. iOS simplifies the formatting a little.
What if a picture is missing after I paste?
A link to a picture online works best. If you used a file from your device and it doesn't appear, drag the picture file into the signature box in Mail's settings.
Can I set signatures for my whole team?
