Common questions
- Is this Outlook signature maker free?
- Yes. There's no account, no card and no watermark. Make a free account only if you want to save your design.
- Do you keep my details or pictures?
- No. What you type and any picture you pick from your device are saved in this browser only, so they're still here when you come back. Nothing you type is sent to us, and Start over removes it.
- How do I add the signature to Outlook?
- Click Copy signature. In Outlook on the web or new Outlook, open Settings, then Account, then Signatures. Click New signature, name it and paste, choose it for new messages and replies, then save. In classic Outlook for Windows, go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
- What if a picture is missing after I paste?
- A link to a picture online works best. If you used a file from your device and it doesn't appear, add it with the picture button in Outlook's signature editor.
- Does it work in the Outlook app on my phone?
- The Outlook phone app has its own signature setting under Settings, then Signature. Most phone apps show plain text only.
- Can I set signatures for my whole team?
- Yes. WorkplaceSignatures connects to Microsoft 365 and adds everyone's signature in Outlook through an add-in, then keeps it up to date as your directory changes.
