Analytics

Analytics (in the sidebar) shows how your workspace is doing at a glance. Every member can open it.

#The numbers at the top

• Active seats today: people with an open seat right now, compared with ninety days ago.
• Signatures deployed: the share of assigned signatures that reached the mailbox, with how many are pending or failed. Filter Employees & seats by status to see which ones failed and why.
• Directory syncs (30 days): the share of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 syncs that succeeded in the last 30 days. SCIM pushes changes as they happen instead of syncing, so for SCIM this shows when your identity provider last sent a request that succeeded. A long gap can mean pushes are failing: check your identity provider's provisioning log.
• Campaign clicks (30 days): clicks on campaign banners across all campaigns.

#Charts

• Active seats, last 90 days: one point per day. Hover a day to see the exact count.
• Seats opened and freed per month: the last 12 months. A seat opens when someone joins your directory (and matches your seat policy) and is freed when they leave.

Each chart has a Table view with the exact numbers, for screen readers or copying.

#Export

CSV on the seats chart exports the daily seat counts. Seat history, campaign clicks, employees and the audit log can also be exported from their own pages.
